Jessi Troyan

Jessi Troyan is a second year PhD student in the Department of Economics at George Mason University and a first year Mercatus Research Assistant. Her fields of interest include Austrian economics, development and institutional economics, and constitutional political economy. Jessi’s current research project focuses on violence as a rule enforcement mechanism in the National Hockey League.
