Think tank researchers say R.I. pension tab really $18 billion

Two researchers at a think tank at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., have calculated that Rhode Island's pension shortfall is really $18 billion -- nearly twice the $9.4 billion based on state and local government calculations.
